Ah, yes, I have Adobe CC. I will get rid of that, it was a trial anyway.

I see the Elements Organizer in Audio Midi Setup, but I can't delete it because "delete" is grayed out.

Ok sounds good. I have PT9 in the box right now and haven't installed it or the OS. I'll upgrade OS to 10.6.8 then get the PT updates to get to 9.0.3.
