I've just installed the recommended version of PT 10 and Avid Virtual Instruments. I have Centrance installed as the driver/interface (not quite sure the best terminology) for a microphone. ...

Brilliant, just checked and there is PT 10.3.10, thank you. What is Avid Virtual Instruments?

Before anything else, could you confirm that the below are all PT, and that these should be deleted...

Thanks. Ok, I've just installed from its original disc pack. I think that a lot of the drivers (or summat like) maybe out of date - see attached. How to update/correct this? DC

Hi, issue resolved. It was simply a case of reinstalling the driver for Centrance. There's still a red X through the Centrance item in the software programs list on my computer, which is a bit odd,...

No and No. I've contacted Centrance, so as to download their latest driver (I have 7.4.2 and they now have 7.4.5)... let's see what happens then, and I'll come back to you.

Hi, the holding down "N" didn't work. I just had a look at uninstalling Centrance and came across this quirk, see attached. But it seems I cannot obtain the latest driver. Could this be the issue?
