Just curious, if I wanted to run more than 4 192's on one machine, would I just get another HD card, or is 4 the limit on one machine?

Well, the new 192 came in today and I hooked it up, and it connected right away as the 3rd 192 in my rack.

The party is very negotiable about sending it back if i have to. He said he had it checked with an HD Core card but not a Native card. I dont know that much about the difference. I guess I need to...

JFreak, Had the Playback Engine wrong....my bad. The first two are working now. but not the most recent one.

I ran the firmware update on all 3 but the most recent one is still not recognized.

Thank you guys so much, but now I'm getting only 44.1 sample rate, with all other options greyed out in the Hardware Setup. All my sessions are 48k!

This came about when I updated the firmware...

Thank you Darryl. Yes, I'm running HD Native, not TDM, and I do have the card with the 2 ports like you mentioned.

I did read the manual, but it didn't really give the insight that you did :)

So i leave the 2 interfaces connected as they sync with each other (coming from the 1st PCIe card).

Then I install the 2nd PCIe card, and run the 3rd 192 off of that, right?
