I got a reply from Gerard at support he was sorry the way my ticket was handle and he will get back to me asap. THis morning I have no access to my cloud it show my folder as empty...

Thanks again for your time, it looks like human error LOL or misunderstanding of the mechanic of the Avid Cloud.

We deleted everything and start from scratch and it`s 50/50 so far, will get back...

Thanks for the reply but like I said in my post I now use a G400 and it`s a USB Mouse so no battery just a usb cable that I did try to switch USB port to be on the safe side.

My Auto renewall is allready OFF and AVID will probably never make another $ from me. I guess the 900$ I paid 3 years ago and the 99$/year was not enought for them. To Bad.
