I didn't lose the session but about 5% of the just recorded files in the session. After quiting the recording session, opening another, and re-opening the recording session again i got that same...

I've had ADR files gone missing aswell before my 3 hourly backup. That's kind of hard to explain to paying customers. This happened on two occasions on two brand new disks.
