I guess I'm just thinking that if I have the Zoom playing back and I have to begin the recording in PT by pressing the record button, I may be a second or two off..

Thought so.. Is it difficult lining up the different tracks to get them all on the same "time"?

so far, it seems to be running alright. Installed well, program started and no bugs so far.

I WAS able to install PT 8.0 no problem, but had problems loading PT. Now I'm having problems installing.. :confused: I have not tried the 003 without the drive. I'll do that next.

I did try re ordering. Did not help. I then Uninstalled PT8, tried again...same problem. Uninstalled PT8, removed digidesign drivers and tried to install PT 7.4. It hung up at hardware driver...

Forgot.. I also checked the installation manual and for PCs with one firewire adapter it instructs Drive to PC and 003 to drive.

I removed all of the 3rd party plug ins I could via control panel. I believe the tech support tools removed my DAE folder and preferences (could not find it, even in search)..
