After clean uninstall and restart, I installed 11 and opened to run the first time and it crashed while loading the stock plugins.

Thanks, I took the time and did clean installs for both versions of Pro Tools. Hopefully it works this time. I also have another post concerning Pro Tools 10 and how it causes my computer to freeze...
