I used to use a product called Streambox Ripper for this. But, I think they got sued by RealAudio and went out of biz... Might not be available anymore. Mine still works.

Try moving your CD-ROM to the Secondary Master location. Put both HDDs on the Primary channel. Place the System drive as Drive 0 and the Audio drive as Drive 1.

Voltage has no speed. You must be thinking current(Amps) or frequency(Hz). Voltage is simply a difference of potential. Current is how fast the particles are cruizing through the wire (sortof).
