the printed version *is* available, but only from AVID - or at least as of a couple of weeks ago, Sweetwater was saying that they wouldn't have it and I got mine from AVID. It's about $50 from AVID...

The PTools9 PDF is about 1240 pgs. Kinko's online printing limit is 740 pgs. So you have to break the The PTools9 PDF in to two PDF's.
