Wish I would have found this thread before ordering a perpetual license... It should at least state up front that you will NOT be able to download, although I don't see any reason why that should be...

yeah, checked all that to no avail. finally got through to tech support this morning. Turns out it was as simple as someone, unbeknownst to me, pushing the "Aux In" and "Alt CR" buttons. Not...
