I wouldn't bother doing it two at a time, it'll take four times as long just to record, and you can spend days timestretching and editing it to fit together nicely. Just go rent a room for an hour....

When you bounce, you can elect to bounce the selection you have currently highlighted. As for crossover, you need to determine if the blend is at the end of one track or the beginning of the other...
