Then the only real consideration is do you bend the rules putting in a new fan then putting it back in " if " there becomes a warranty issue. or not.
Suggestion, wait until it is off warranty and...

I have a 24 unit rack not more than a arms reach of me and I can only remember once anything being to loud , and it was my computer.
Mind you it isn't completely quiet but the ability to concentrate...
