I have the same problem, my license Ultimate, was stop for a month, and now i try to reactive buy again, and a lot of issue to pay. I talk with cs team and they say that is fix, but i can not still...

Here in Spain Ilok Cloud not works!!! :( the server is down. It's incredible that they don't have a spare server for this moments.
