Core card not recognised - Help!

I just sold my HD system to a friend who has a 2010 Mac Pro. He had Pro Tools 9 installed on his computer with an 003, and he wiped it and did a clean install of PT HD 7.4.

He has the core card...

Audient is a great unit for the price. Sounds nearly as good as other pres costing a lot more, and the conversion is pretty good too, from my experience of it.

Yeah, what did you do? My PT 8 is giving me hell! Much slower than 7.4, and much less stable when running VIs. I can't even open some sessions that ran fine in 7.4. :confused:

The Neve 1073 UAD plug in. Great sounding, and full of 'character'--great for vox and drum busses. The Pultecs are really nice too (UAD, not Bomb Factory).
