The exact same problem here, cannot add any applications to the EuControl preferences pane on Yosemite. However my Artist Mix worked pretty well with Ableton Live using Mackie emulation on Snow...

This bugs me too. I installed PT 11 after having removed PT 9 by hand and there is no "Session Templates" folder in user/documents/protools or anywhere else on the disks. (OS X Yosemite)
