Hi,

I don't see any renewal click, 'Reinstate Support' for ProTools on my products.
I see my system ID of ProTools on my products
But I see only Sibelius system ID on 'Add Missing System ID to...

Hi,
I downloaded 12.3 but the file was not fully downloaed.
So I logged-in again to download again but I couldn't see 12.3. Only 12.2.1
Can you fix this?

I upgraded to 12.1 with No Charge Student/EDU Pro Tools 12 Upgrade but after that I can't see 12.2 and 12.3 on my account. Can you check it out for me?

Hi,

I had purchased ProTools 10 academic student crossgrade (download) on Dec/2012 and I successfully upgraded to ProTools 11 but for the ProTools 12 I don't see any free upgrade in my account....
