good call, uninstalling IE 8 did the trick... thanks very much for the suggestion.

is cs3 the latest update for v7.4 of pro tools m-powered or are there newer updates available? i thought i had...

i just installed pro tools m-powered v7.4 cs3. the installation went smoothly and i restarted when prompted (including after updates were applied) but for some reason when i try to start the program...
