Renaming \"region+file\" causes unexpected quit

When I try to rename a region + file in the edit window, Pro Tools quits.

I'm Running 10.4.2 Tiger and PT LE 6.9.2.

It has suddently started to do this - I have not recently updated software...

Just stumbled across this forum. I have the same problem. It has plagued me for a year and I've ended up buying a DtoA box and plugging it into the digital o/p of the MBox to monitor via my mixer....

My setup is different (MBox) however I am also having computer noise problems and have identified the cause as my flat screen display. Haven't found a solution yet though.
