Thank you! I did check last night and everything that I checked was set at 44.1 but I did not look at the actual wave file.

I did end up re-recording it. And it seemed like everything went fine....

So I checked and both were set to 44.1K I have no idea what to do. Can I salvage the session?

So I am new to pro tools 12. I was still using 7 and decided to make the jump cause nothing was compatible with it anymore. So I went to record vocals for the first time and everything went smooth....
