The waves gold bundle will see you right.Most of that is nothing other than normal editing and panning.The rest is good voice over recording, a little phazing and pitch shifting and a little eq-ing....

yes, if you crashed prior to saving, you may have lost the regions on the tracks, but the regions themselves will still be in your session's audio files folder, and you will be ably to import them...
