That might make sense If not for the whole story.It hums alright but heres the rest of the story.It will hum but If theres no sound input after 15 seconds or so the hum goes away. Play some music...

Cheapest way to try Pro Tools out?

So I have pretty much tried out most of the DAWs that run on Windows.They all have true free trial versions.I dont need to go buy a $50 iloc,that Ill never use again, to try their demo trial version....

I just went to m-audio site and see they have a Mbox2 Micro..the Mbox2 Micro is 250 Musicians Friend..Looks like I can get into Pro Tools for 250$...

I didnt even know about the mbox mini...that sounds like what I want..pro tools with a usb interface...its cheaper than buying m-powered and then another 150 on usb interface...
