I sometimes fight the same problem. Itīs often the arrangement... but:

When you get it in the ballpark, maybe try ducking the guitars a bit. Use a send from the bass track, duck lo mids only.

Are you using the P6T FW port? Mine didnīt work properly with 002R / PTLE 8.01. Very stable with a PCI card FW.

I have the same mobo & 520 CPU OC:d somewhere around 4G as well with a Noctua...

Yeah, it definitely doesnīt take dogīs ears to hear the difference in groove and feel when you try different plugins.

Itīs like "random groove". And now weīre not into bussing or parallel...
