Thank you reichman,

I did covert the video which did solve the issue, I used quicktime as a fast export this time, but you bring up a good point that I may just add conversion in Media Encoder...

Hello,

I am getting this error message when I try to import a .mp4 from an editor I'm working with. This files opens fine straight into QuickTime and other .mp4s open fine in the same session.

Do I understand this correctly?

You receive an edited video from the video editor, then you have to sync all the dialogue channels in PT?

The sync should be done in Media Composer or Premier...
