spinning beach ball

every few moves w/the mouse the beach ball comes up...cpu usually at 14% and at most 25ish...trashed pref...considering reinstalling sierra but really hasn't been that long and I've never done this...

what I'm finding is that if I either turn delay comp off or don't go through an aux its fine...Ok I guess not going through the aux for tracking is probably the better solution, yes? Thanks so much...

going through aux returns to sum subgroups (strings, brass etc)...how do I get rid of this? Its not really playable in this state

my support case (2018.4)...they gave me a list of great and commonly used plugins and said it was their fault.....ok I guess I just shouldn't use kontakt?

I'm so sick of things not working...went to 12.4 from 12.5.2 because the strange spike in the usage meter on launch was supposed to stop...it didn't ...then its distorted and I have to restart...also...

pt 12.4 mini (2014) maxed out...making a template w/quite a few kontakt instruments and tracks w/plugs (but most of the tracks are inactive)...switched from 12.5.2 to 12.4 in order to gain...

when I have multi outs from kontakt, they don't show up in PT in the op part of instrument tracks...I've followed everything to the T and see op in all places leading up to that...they just are not...
