I reset the C/24 following Christopher's instructions and that didn't resolve my issue.

And Pete, I did swap ethernet cables, purchased new ones and tried both...

I've reinstalled PT 11.3 and tried PT 11.2.2. I've gone back to Mavericks.

Manually setting the IP address made a connection that I can see in the Network preference pane. It's not self-assigned...

Do you mean putting that IP into the C/24 (and not the mac)? I'm certain how to do that.

I am having the same issue of Waves update working fine on the account that the install was done in and not with other users.

This bug disappeared after I did an install up to Snow Leopard and a reinstall of PT. I'm running PT8.1 cs whatever.

Hey Houser - The head pops on all channels were the tip off. When I start any work, the first thing to check is synch. Everything falls apart without synch.
