Heat has vanished again. How is one supposed to rely on going back to a mix if the 1st insert disappears ad nauseam. Yet again a greyed out license in iLOK.

I managed to drag and drop PT&HEAT from cloud to my iLOK2 dongle. PT is now working. Touch wood.

Then option is to pay for a month/use PT on a as required basis. Or send it to a boutique ProTools studio. Or keep your sub going till you quit the biz.

^ Moving too Luna from PT may take some users several years. This is not a jump it's a slow sift. Thus transitioners have got both platforms. I would suspect the major issue of jumping are mixes done...

You could always get an Apollo Solo for your home studio to run Luna doesn't have to be an expensive X interface. As long as your mac based also.

UA are ironing out bugs and small requests in V1...

Im on 2020.5 In catalina 10.15.5. It is stable. The odd crash when opening some plugs. I save regular. Can't complain really.

HEAt has miraculously become available and is authorised upon it's own accord in my ProTools session. I have not done anything. Somewhat a coincidence at the same time my support ticket was answered...

Says Heat is expired and needs to be refreshed but PT is active which I don't get as Avid have claimed Heat is free. And it was only a few days ago my sub was refreshed.
