Combining two different tempo maps

is it possible to combine tempo maps from two different sessions? I'm trying to assemble an orchestral piece into one file from two different files and its important to keep the tempo maps intact......

Neither sound great, melodyne yields results that sound like.mp3's to me. AVOX is better but I still hear tracking problems in graphic mode. Waves tune has been the best for serious over the top...

Exactly what I did. Now do it at 46bpm in 3/8 and zoom in to meas 9 and see what your timecode really is.

you can't define subframes so I'm still half a frame off when I get to measure nine... measure nine has to be 3:00:00.00 exactly far ssl automation and midi stuff to line up.

which is what I did in step 5. I did define measure 9 as 3 hours but protools decided to off set it by about 1/2 a frame.

the biggest thing i don't miss is the sound being changed as it hit the tape. although tape, for the most part, was pleasent sounding, i always disliked that...
