I'm having the same problem on 12.6 and 12.7. Try to scrub, get 'Pro tools ran out of CPU power. Try de-activating or removing Native plug-ins. (AAE -9173)' often quickly followed by AAE -9507 ....

I see these are old posts, but just trying to find a shortcut to do this in PT 12.6.1 and can't see anything in the DUC. Even just the alternative to 'command /' to level the visible automation...

Sometimes if you have waves plugins open they'll 'hog' the shift key to toggle through the parameters. Close any from view and if it works again that's what's up. Try using the keyboard focus 'az'...

Can't relink to files after session has come back from PT10

I recently opened a session on 9HD, then sent the PT session to someone with the plan that they could then send me back the .ptf and any extra audio files they added, making the ftp time shorter....

How do you ask a digidesign tech support person to help? I know they can't help all posts but before I was told the was a tab at the top that asked for digi help, can't see it for the life of me.

The same problem occurs when using my canopus but as I said, it also happens when just using the computer screen to play my movie. I've looked at other threads but haven't found any help there.

Think I got that the wrong way round. M-powered doesn't allow machine control and 002/003 are on LE, does THAT make a difference?

Also could command 8 be a solution?

I'm there! For anyone with a similar problem, it was the 'latch record enable buttons' option in record preferences that needed to be unchecked for it to record on the machine without promting that...
