This just happened to me for the first time, it only happened once and since then I've restarted and it's been fine. I got the @ symbol on all the tracks, it was weird.

having the exact same problem with my Apogee Symphony IO. Decibel Player will work to play the 5.1 correctly though, but only 5.1 audio files (.wav). I can't get quicktime player or VLC to work...

Thanks. Actually I'm using that setup now and it works fine! I just had to offset the video by 17 quarter frames to get it to sync.

I am trying to load PT 10 session files that need the audio and video relinked. During the auto relink, PT 11 HD crashes. There is no error message, it just says "quits unexpectedly."

Or maybe it has something to do with me using an ethernet switch to hook up the control surfaces. According to Avid tech support, it's a network issue and not a RAM issue, so this is possible.

I don't think so. Not seeing any related files in my Library folder or any running processes that look like it. I never installed either of those on this computer in the past.

When I try to load PT 11 HD with a video it says the video engine is disabled and asks me if I want to enable it. I say yes, but then it freezes and I have to quit.
