Moving sessions from win 10 to MacOS

I have PT 11.3 sessions that were recorded in Windows 7. I now have windows 10 and i want to take these sessions to PT 11.3 on Sierra 10.12.6. How can i do this successfully?

I don't know if this is an issue with Sierra but its a problem non the less.

I am using Pro tools 11.3 and Sierra on a Late 2015 iMac 1.6ghz 8gm ram and a 1tb hd.
