Alas, its been bricked.
I ditched mine a couple months ago.
On Windows it only outputted SD.
It was working beautifully and it is a shame that AVID just bricked it.
Planned obsolescence should...

IIRC a restart usually fixes that.
Another fix would be to copy/convert files on import.

Did two sessions today and we used the Zoom app ( www.zoom.us ). It worked okay for sharing my screen, camera and stereo mix to remote client. Its not perfect, but it's ok...

PS: here is what I had to do to make it permanent:


-Disable Secure Boot in the BIOS
-Command prompt (run as administrator): bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on

Maybe another approach is to try a "track by track" AAF export. Get the editor to export only track 8 and see if it opens. I remember a "long" time ago when a single clip in MC would make...
