The problem was recording in to internal hard drive. Sometimes i go out for field recording and i did not realize recording into internal drive would cause this.

First of all you have to start Rme process with Ilok but you have to be sure you have lost it, because the process is not reversable. After that you have to contact each vendor for the replacement...

Updating the Mac Osx from 10.6.4 to 10.6.8 should fix the problem. It ll be even better if you can update protools at the same time from 9.0.5 to 9.0.6.

I personally do not recommend firewire adaptors. They will give you a verry hard time, you might even face with some compatibility issues w/PT. Instead of buying a FW card id recommend...

No actually i bought them. Structure le had come with Music production Toolkit2 but the thing is licences had to be-deposited to my ilok account like year ago, but i dont remember if i ever had them...

Hi Diccer,

I did e-mail them but the problem only occurs within Protools. I also tried it out with Reaper, Logic and didnt have the any problems.
