Here's a solution I dug up from an old post of mine. You can clock several ways for getting audio into the 192 via TDIF from a DA-88, but this is the only way to have it work in both directions...

FWIW, I have had good results with the DeClip process in IsotopeRX. In your case it sounds like the clipping may be too severe to salvage, but if nothing else it would make the guide track more...

Did a clean uninstall of ProTools and reinstalled 7.4cs3.

Freeze problem is gone.

MOTU doesn't support serial connections in OS X. You need to connect your DTP to a USB MIDI interface in both directions and make sure it is a device in AudioMidi Setup. Get latest version of...

BK,

I see your problem. The additional termination needs to be on the Word Clock INPUT of the DA-88, not the output. Putting a terminator on the output doesn't change how the DA-88 receives...
