SOLVED:

One reason was a plugin on the master track (delay comp doesn't allow for that)

I am getting this error on Win7 64 bit

I have done 4 fresh installs of Windows and drivers trying to correct this but to no avail

When I bounce to Quicktime the audio and video ends up being out of sync by 1 frame roughly.

If i re-import the out of sync video it plays fine inside Pro Tools.......
