Yes I have actually had problems with 1394 blinking sometimes on my firewire device. Its more of a synchronization problem sometimes. Any fix action recommended?

my bios has my target dram frequency at 1066MHZ...Im not really to savvy when it comes to tweaking bios settings. Is there any recommendations for optimal results?

Enable DEP
This troubleshoot can sometimes help resolve issues with installing and launching Pro Tools software. If you have disabled this for any reason, it is often recommended to re-enable it.

1. Uninstalled Protools 9
2. Removed 3rd party plugins to my desktop from the plugins folder
3. Completely deleted everything that has to do with AVID
4. Enabled DEP using Avids...

It doesnt allow you to install protools 10 over 9. So I had to uninstall protools 9 before anything. I also uninstalled my music production toolkit 2 that worked with protools 9 since I was reading...
