Control 24 scribble strip too dim

Hello all,

I have a control 24 and the scribble strips are very dim. I must be an idiot because I can't find a brightness control or it doesn't have one.

Anyone have any ideas?

To answer your questions more completely:

1GB ram
searching FW drives - about 2 to 3 drives
Running 6.4.1 now

Still no luck same problem.

I went through the hell of installing the echo fire plug-in and trying the canopus and it sucked, to be polite. Jittering is fixable on a still frame...
