I either use -20 =0 =83 SPL (20 dB HR) or -20 =0 =77 SPL (14 dB HR). HR being headroom.

I calibrate using -20 dBFS RMS pink to measure -20 dBFS on my inputs and L/R meters. Adjust my monitor pot...
