That explains why I couldn’t find a way to write to support. I had the impression that phone support was reserved for technical issues, not account related issues.

Yes, it's another Pro Tools 12 rant.

Pro Tools 7.2 wasn't a free update ! In fact every 7.x updates had to be purchased. But at least we had new features back then !

I had the same issue with a 003 rack, it comes from the drivers. I solved it by uninstalling 11.x.x drivers and installing the latest v10 drivers. I can't run PT 11 with this workaround, only...
