Couldn't find your product based on your community email, but it's normal for a subscription license to only reflect the upcoming month/day. If the Update Plan is active then the license gets updated...

Right+Clicking a license provides the same Activate/Deactivate options, but you can't Deactivate licenses individually from iLok Cloud. Could it possibly have been activated to...

Strange. Please download this (https://www.dropbox.com/s/dqwxnlxsjci3e3h/BoomSettingsWin.zip?dl=0), expand the archive, then move the whole Boom folder into your Plug-In Settings directory.

Just unzip/run the last one... Instruments.

Those Effects installers are just 2 different versions of the same thing, and install plug-ins like EQ, Dynamics, Delay, etc.

Uninstall is sometimes required for the app (more common with Windows than Mac) but you should just be able to download and run the Instrument installer. You can check the Plug-Ins Guide linked from...

Sorry, looks like that article is a bit outdated. Can you please check \My Documents\Pro Tools\Plug-In Settings to see if there is a folder for Boom with preset files inside? Might be best to run...
