I did turn FX Loop button on....and yes I did look at the manual even though the answer wasn't on either of the pages the 'FX Loop' was referred to in the index!!

Eventually I found my solution...

Just purchased the Eleven Rack and am trying to hook-up my tc electronic Flashback x4 delay unit into the FX Loop.

Maybe I'm not clear on the very basics here but here's how I have it hooked up:...

RTAS Procesors....1 processor (should it be set to 2 processors?)
CPU Usage limit ....99%

Here's some additional info on how I have things set up:

BFD(stereo) is inserted on a stereo instrument track....I've also tried inserting it on a stereo aux input (same results)
I have a midi...

I was aware that only one app could use the 002 at once. My problem was with the updated versions of QuickTime and iTunes...iTunes 7 simply would not open with the 002 when trying to use...

I recently upgraded to Mac 10.3.9....I'm running PTLE 6.4....Core Audio 6.4no problems there...so far
