Pinky addressed my issue, the charges were reversed.
Everything, (financial wise) is fine.

Ok. Looks like that did the trick. I used Easyfinder (a search app) to find all of the eqIII plugins in my system and deleted them all.
Restarted PT and it came up!!

I think that did it. I went into preferences, everything was in Chinese but I did see a drop down menu. Clicked it and I saw ENGLISH. Clicked that, it said to restart , restarted and everything is...

My language is English. My computer is english. I noticed when I was installing the software, the installation screen was in English and Asian. (The purple welcome screen).

When I insert a plugin through the dropdown menu it pops up the plugin ABOVE THE ONE I PICKED. This alway happens toward the bottom of this...
