Kontakt 5.6 dumped 32-bit support, so Pro Tools 11 and above are your only option. Or, download and install Kontakt player 5.5 which works fine in PT 10.

Clean install is not necessary, but regarded as more reliable by some. Installing over 11 will tell you that your 11 version will be replaced by 12, that's it.

In short: you can adjust each track's level independently in VCA Group, wheres in regular Group you have to disable group to do just that.

That is rage!!! People used to run away terrified when I told them my Nomad plugins are the reason I still use PT10 while having PT11 sitting right next to it in the dock.

"Randomize" only works in conjunction with any other processing before it, so I am used to first setting "Add +1" to velocities (which doesn't alter notes that much), then check the Randomize box...

I got it running full throttle! Try this - in system settings, open Eucon settings app, then press "stop" button to break connection, and press "start" to start eucon again. Then open Eucontrol app...

yes, apparently it's kind of complicated to force the two sophisticated audio engines (i mean Apple Core Audio and Avid audio engine) to co-exist happily. I just use built in sound for everything...

Be careful - you're trying to use both 11 and Omni as playback engines, whereas Pro Tools would only work with either of them at a time! In your case, Omni is the playback device and 11 is being seen...

The green ones are the building blocks, and the greys are the actual official presets built by combining those. So, you can further complicate or lighten the grey ones by adding/unloading the green...
