I finally found out what was going wrong... I changed the option in/out cards of my 192 i/o witch was AN IN:ANOUT/DIGIT i/o to AN IN/AN OUT/AN IN/AN OUT. Digitest sees all the in/out but Protools...

All is in the title, I'm running one HD i/o and a 192 i/o on a HDX card and since I upgraded into 11.3.2 both software and HD drivers, my 192 i/o disappeared while it seams to be reinitialised by PT...

I had some problems with my C8 on windows XP sp3 and I solved it by "simply" formating my hard drive, installing XP sp2 and reinstalling all the Protools softwares. It "just" took me about one day...

I don't know what's your problem, sorry, but I had several ones (with a Command 8, PT8.0.1 ...) and solve them "simply" formating my hard drive and reinstalling a Windows XP sp2. Digidesign claim...

Command|8 is simply not compatible with Window XP sp3...

Well, I don't understand everything :
Midi appears in two places:
-MIDI STUDIO
-PERIFERALS : MIDI CONTROLLERS

As I'm not using the midi for anything else than controller I didn't set anything...

Yes, that was the reason I bought a C|8 instead of a Mackie Control :rolleyes:... I was thinking it would be more secure :rolleyes:...

I ran PT8.0 without any problem except it doesn't see my C|8 :(... As I had a "no satelite found" error message I switched to 8cs3 and it solved the error message. Switched to 8.0.1 with a lot of...

That's what I did and you're right the C|8 was missing. After reinstalling the driver, I had the same issue :
I can select Command 8 as control surface but the driver C|8 Surface doesn't appear,...
