Arti Series no longer starts with PT

On Mac 10.12.3.........Prior to my recent update of both PT and Eucon, Eucontrol statrted in the background with my initial launch of PT. I now have to manually go to the dock and start EuControl....

No. I've now found that some sessions that were started prior to PT12 retain the window placements. But anything current won't stay as mix and edit screens each on a display no matter what...

I have 2-19 inch screens. I usually keep the track window on the left screen; mix window on the right. This would remain saved with the session...

If I open a session in PT HD 12 that was started in PT HD 11, all the busses in the session are in tact as they were. Busses in the I/O window will be displayed in stereo pairs 1-2, 3-4,...

I know it happens most frequently when rapidly pressing play-stop-play. However..... I've had it happen when pressing play for the first time after opening a session.
