You can disable auto launching Avid CrApplication Manager by typing this command into Terminal:

sudo rm /Library/LaunchAgents/com.avid.ApplicationManager.plist

Things are running exactly as you would expect on the new OctoPro. Same bugs, but approx. 30% more headroom for RTAS plugs....

DVToolkit 2 & VocAlignLE 2.9.5 as UBs has been available for quite some time now (running fine here on a Mac Pro). Search the downloads section for DVToolkit 2....

Yeah, it will run just as fine in 7.3 - BUT please bear in mind that this plug does NOT support multi processors. Only one processor can be enabled on a quad machine. What a waste

Drag and drop crash in 7.1cs2

Dragging a groove from Stylus RMX 1.5 into PT causes an unexpected quit. PT also prevent dragging from Stylus to the desktop.

A fix will be much appreciated!

Still running as smoothly as ever, but I can´t help being rather disappointed by the lack of increase in speed compared to the 2,5GHz......

Yes, the machine came with Tiger only. I got the X.3.7...
