Re: PT not behaving as expected when I launch and hold the 'n' key, to launch PB engi

Isnt TDM, it is HDX ;) completely different software and hardware.

Re: HELP :-/ Fixing crashes when I try to print my mix - ProTools 2018_12

Not sure what you mean by "Automatic in application" - can you clarify?

also....i'm pretty sure it is HDX DSP allocation issues..... perhaps not "cache clearing"

Re: Your Favorite DSP AAX Plugins Thread

bump to an old thread

Re: Best AAX DSP reverb available?

p.s. kind of bummed that Sonnox AAX DSP reverb is regularly at a street price of about $500, and yet is stereo only. No 5.0 No 4.0

Re: Best AAX DSP reverb available?

Hi Tim

I can only speak from my own experience, and for me, mixing stereo, 5.1 and 7.1 - music only - HDX3 + a souped up cheese grater is very powerful, and works very well for me.

I don't...

I am not talking about running a specific reverb plugin native vs HDX.

I am not talking about specific DAWs vs each other.

I am...

Re: Best AAX DSP reverb available?

still dreaming of new DSP verbs.... Space by Avid is cool..... but each 5.0 instance eats up one slot. Ug. 1/2 as efficient as a 5.0 ReVibe on HDX as well.

Revibe2 twice as DSP lite as Space on HDX

for 5.0 reverbs

So at 48k on an HDX rig - I am finding ReVibe2 to be able to fit *2* instances of a 5.0 reverb per slot on a card - and the two...

Re: Is there a Bricasti M7 IR for the Space reverb included with PTHD?

I'm going to ask a possibly dumb question.... how do I add them, and how will they 'appear' inside Space?

thanks :-)
