i assume you mean mac OS 10.9.5? if so you should actually upgrage protools to at least 10.3.9 or higher. might help. or downgrade your mac os to 10.8.5

That sounds like a great idea, I think I'll try it. Depending on your situation you may get some usefulness by using the outputs of the groups directly to a source (IE avioms). But it is a shame...
