Yeah looks like a hardware issue to me as well. Managed to get it sent back under DV247's 3 year warranty.
If it gets fixed I'm selling it straight away. I can't have a crytical bit of kit like this...

Signal chain was dead simple. Cheap condenser mic into the 11 with some eleven verb. All amps and cabs are bypassed. Small amount of compression in protools and that was about it i think.
