The installer is on Mac Disk 1. I did a clean install last night, as well as trashed prefs, etc. Still no go.

The license on my iLok says Structure 1.1, but the DVD has the installer for 1.0.5....

I'm having the same problem.

Structure 1.1 license is on my iLok, along with the entire Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack. But when I launch Pro Tools I get a warning that the license is not...

I've got all the Structure content on my sounds drive, but I just need the right Mac installer so my iLok key will recognize the license.

Unfortunately that link doesn't have a Mac download of the Structure installer. Strangely, it does the Windows version.

There is no download link on my Avid account page, so I'm not sure if I've installed the right version of Structure.

Hi guys,

I did a clean install of my Mac OSX Snow Leopard and PT 10.3.3, but the license for my full version of Structure isn't being recognized. It's on my iLok, but for some reason PT won't see...

finding the library folder isn't the problem. even if you find the library folder and the application support folder it still doesn't show the "avid" or "digidesign" folder.

the above path no longer is correct for LION.

they are not available at the plug-in.

the plug-in settings folder looks okay.

I have no idea what I've done to cause this problem, but for some reason I've lost the presets to all my RTAS plug ins using PT 8 LE.

I dunno if NI seem so sinister. AIR are the folks who charge the most for plugs that are not ready for prime-time. Structure's failings continue to puzzle me.

unfortunately i agree with mason. i just finally bought kontakt as part of the komplete 5 and it's SO much better than structure that it makes me cry for ever spending money on structure.
