Yes, loudness should not be measured in multimono. There is no purpose for this as it would give 6 different measurements and not a perspective of the entire signal.

Yes, a sample rate mismatch can cause this error. Essentially what is happening the system believes (due to the sample rate mismatch) that it has more DSP than really is available....
